محمد جابر الملا: سيبقى حاضراً في ذاكرة الوطن والأجيال

أكد محمد جابر الملا، أمين السر العام بالاتحاد القطري لكرة اليد، أن دولة قطر فقدت برحيل المغفور له بإذن الله صاحب السمو الأمير الوالد الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني، قائداً استثنائياً ورمزاً وطنياً ترك إرثاً خالداً من الإنجازات التي أسست لنهضة شاملة وضعت قطر في مصاف الدول المتقدمة على مختلف الأصعدة.
وقال الملا: “سيبقى الأمير الوالد، رحمه الله، حاضراً في ذاكرة الوطن والأجيال بما قدمه من رؤية ثاقبة أسهمت في بناء الدولة الحديثة، وأحدثت نقلة نوعية في مجالات الاقتصاد والتعليم والصحة والثقافة والإعلام والبنية التحتية، إلى جانب المكانة السياسية والدبلوماسية التي أصبحت تتمتع بها دولة قطر على الساحة الدولية”.
وأضاف: “لم تكن الرياضة بعيدة عن هذه النهضة المباركة، فقد حظيت باهتمام ودعم غير مسبوق، وأصبحت قطر بفضل توجيهات سموه مركزاً عالمياً لاستضافة أكبر البطولات والأحداث الرياضية، وهو ما أسهم في بناء منظومة رياضية متكاملة، وتطوير الاتحادات والأندية، وإعداد أجيال من الرياضيين الذين رفعوا اسم قطر في مختلف المحافل القارية والعالمية”.
وتابع: “إن الإنجازات التي تحققت في عهد الأمير الوالد لم تكن وليدة اللحظة، بل جاءت ثمرة رؤية استراتيجية بعيدة المدى، أرست دعائم التنمية المستدامة، ورسخت مكانة قطر كدولة رائدة في الابتكار والمعرفة والتميز، cricket-ipl.in

Doha, Qatar: The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) expressed deep sorrow following the passing of the Father Amir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, paying tribute to a leader whose vision and commitment helped establish Qatar as a leading sporting nation.

In a statement on behalf of the OCA and the Asian Olympic Movement, the continental body extended its deepest condolences and sympathies to the Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, OCA President H E Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Al-Thani family and the people of Qatar.

The OCA said H H the Father Amir would be remembered for his dedication, wisdom and distinguished service to Qatar, while highlighting his belief in sport as a tool for human development and a means to promote values of peace, health and well-being.

“His contributions and enduring commitment have left a lasting legacy that will continue to inspire future generations,” the OCA said.

The continental Olympic body also recalled the H H the Father Amir’s personal connection with sport, noting that during his youth he actively participated in football, swimming and equestrian sports.

The OCA said H H the Father Amir was widely credited with laying the foundations that contributed to Qatar’s emergence as a leading sporting nation and a global capital of sport. The statement added that his commitment to the advancement of sport would continue to inspire generations to come.
