Bucs Elevate Stick, Fordham for Packers Game

The Bucs announced the elevations, which mark the first time both players have been promoted to the active roster. Stick will serve as the backup to rookie quarterback Jalon Daniels, who is set to make his NFL starting debut in place of Baker Mayfield, who will miss at least three weeks with a dislocated right thumb.

Stick signed with the Buccaneers' practice squad on Aug. 31, while Fordham initially made the team's 53-player roster before being waived on Sept. 2 after cornerback Kevin Knowles was claimed off waivers from Kansas City. Fordham then returned to the practice squad. catcross.org
