Commanders Release Harris, Put Jackson on IR

Washington Commanders have released safety Will Harris and placed linebacker Drake Jackson on injured reserve, while signing safeties Joshuah Bledsoe and Quindell Johnson.

The Commanders also announced the signing of linebacker Boogie Basham. Harris started all nine games he played for Washington last season, finishing with 38 tackles, a sack and a forced fumble. cricket-info.homes

Jackson, a 2022 second-round pick by the 49ers, played in three games for Washington. Bledsoe played for the Patriots for two seasons after being drafted in the sixth round in 2021, while Johnson went undrafted earlier this year.
