The New York Giants are waiving quarterback Jake Haener, as reported by Jordan Raanan of ESPN.

The Giants are cutting Haener alongside Brandon Allen, leaving only Jameis Winston as the backup to Jaxson Dart. The team will likely re-sign either to the practice squad.
