Barça faces Xavi Pascual in Dubai showdown

FC Barcelona faces Dubai Basketball in their first major test of the season, with former coach Xavi Pascual now leading the opposition in a highly anticipated Gulf match. Pascual, who broke his contract with Barça to lead the Dubai project, faces his former club Tuesday at 18:00 h in a nostalgic encounter.

The match features an unusual coaching swap as Barça's current coach Aleksander Sekulic previously led the Dubai team to an Adriatic League championship. Both teams view this as a significant benchmark for their respective projects as the season progresses. afrikasportnews.co.za
