In a statement posted on X, Wynn expressed frustration that she never started a career game and was asked to enter a blowout loss with 15 seconds remaining. "That obviously did not happen, and to be asked to check into the game with 15 seconds left while losing was not how I wanted to spend my final moments," she wrote. Wynn missed all of last season due to an Achilles injury but averaged just 5.8 minutes per game this season.
